Accounts

The following accounts are necessary for you to join this Championship:

To make it a bit easier, only 1 representative has to have the required account on both platforms. It has to be visible on the challonge account, who the players of the team are.

Rules

  • Matches are to be organized through Challonge and the RF Community/FactionFiles Discord. End game scoreboard screenshots or a video of the match is required as proof of results
  • The Deadline for registration is the 18th of March 2026 – registration past the deadline will not be allowed
  • “Smurfing” or playing under an alternative alias and/or Discord account is not allowed and will be grounds for an instant disqualification from the tournament. Keep it fun, don’t try to hide, who you are!
  • Alpine Faction 1.2.2 or higher is the recommended client version for players
  • it is recommended, that players familiarize themselves with the map pool
  • It goes without saying but cheating via any method (including macros, auto-clickers or other third-party tools/assistance) is not allowed and will be grounds for disqualification

Prize

For the first tournament we keep it simple – The winning team will receive 1 trophy per player (Reserve Excluded) with:

  • the Red Faction scicle
  • tournament name
  • the teams name
  • the player names
  • the Muffler Shop Logo

We will use THIS trophy design. Should you rather take steam money, then We would give out 30€ per player (excluding reserves)

Server Settings

  • Weapon stay on
  • 10 minute timer
  • Rail driver pickup excluded from weapon stay
  • Rail driver spawn time override 60 seconds
  • Force skin to env_scientist
  • Require Alpine Faction clients, and require release builds (no dev/beta builds)
