The historic Thompson Road Circuit delivered another dramatic round of “The Intake”, where C. Potenza put in a stunning drive to take the victory for Muffler Shop Racing! Starting from P5, Potenza made daring moves through the narrow, high-speed circuit to claim the top step of the podium, collecting the fastest lap of 02:19.932 in the process

M. Šulc, also representing Muffler Shop Racing, fought hard to finish in P2, holding off early pressure from E. Toffoli, who rounded out the podium in P3 after starting from pole position.

N. V. D. Meijde of LGI Racing Team secured P4, keeping a steady pace but unable to break into the top three. Meanwhile, rival M. Trompke had to settle with last place of the finishing drivers after a horrible crash in the first lap. Catching up to end to N. V. D. Meijde, Trompke tried to get 4th place, but couldn’t keep the consistency of his practice up.

With Potenza’s first win in the series, we look forward to the last round – the absolute finale of the Intake, which will take place at the Nürburgring – Nordschleife next monday!
