Yesterdays Timing Belt saw another driver besting the time of Nick Van Der Meijde by almost a full second. Hoermann himself proclaimed after getting praise from his contender Nick:
“These streets are like the roads around my home area, so i drive it everyday. [I] got few hillclimb tracks around my area. ” ~Fabian Hoermann
Smith (Pretty Ninja Racing) also got 2 tenths of a second off Van Der Meijde’s time, but the 02:27.811 of Hoermann is the real task at hand:
“I don’t know if I can find the second missing. But ill try my best. Hoermann is superfast so it will be a challenge” ~Nick Van Der Meijde
Until Sunday, the competition will get more fierce by the day and we will hopefully see it unfold in the coming days. Stay tuned for more!
